🟢Route Summary
The Monument Forests 10K is a smooth and enjoyable course that begins under the cool pine shadows of Topuklu Plateau. Runners traversing the wide dirt paths experience the unique natural tranquillity of Mount Sandras as they pass through the region's centuries-old forest landscape of monumental significance.
This approximately 10.6 km course offers runners both a comfortable rhythm and a controlled pace, with a climb of +235 m and a descent of –235 m. The technical difficulty level is low; wide, stabilised roads and clear paths are found along the route, making the course ideal for runners of all levels.
Starting and finishing at Topuklu Yaylası, this stage offers a short but impressive racing experience with its refreshing mountain air, hidden forest views and the natural energy of Sandras.
