Cancellation–Refund & Change Policy

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts

📅 Refund Calendar Article 1

60–30 days before	Deduction for organization processing costs	75%
30–15 days before	Organization processing cost + fixed cost share	50%
< 15 days	No refund (kit/logistics costs)	0%

Note: Payment provider commissions and bank fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Transfer & Course Change Article 2

Participant Transfer: Possible until 10 days before the event, with a processing fee.
Course Change: Based on quota availability and price difference.
Transfer Fee: 10% of registration fee (minimum 50 TL) applied as transfer processing fee.

🌦️ Force Majeure Article 3

In cases of natural disaster, fire, pandemic, terrorism, administrative ban, etc., the organization may revise the event date/course. In case of complete cancellation, transfer to next year or partial refund options will be announced if possible.

Important: In case of force majeure, the organization reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the conditions of the event.

⚙️ Refund Process Article 4

Requests must be made by email: praksis@praksis.dev
Processing targeted within 14 business days after identity and transaction verification.
Refunds are made through the same channel the payment was received.
"Cancellation Request - Sandras Ultra Trail" subject line should be used for refund requests.

Warning: The right of withdrawal exception (MSY Art. 15/1-g) does not invalidate this policy; the exception is reserved but the calendar is applied in good faith.
