Participants may share race-related content on their personal social media accounts

Use of the brand and logo is subject to organization approval

The organization is not responsible for loss of participants' personal belongings
The organization cannot be held liable for injuries that may occur during the race
The race may be canceled in case of natural disaster, epidemic, or force majeure
We are not liable for damages arising from technical failures or website interruptions

📜 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the relationship of the parties are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
For commercial disputes, mandatory mediation provisions apply; the application venue is the company headquarters (Ankara).
General competent court: Ankara (Çankaya) Civil/Commercial Courts of First Instance where the company headquarters is located.
Optional jurisdiction: Courts within the judicial district of Denizli (Beyağaç), as the place where the event is held, are also authorized within the scope of the place of action.

Law No. 5651 Information: Hosting and access logs are kept in accordance with relevant legislation; for content removal/access blocking requests, please use the contact page.
