🎯 Subject and Scope Article 2

This contract is prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the Buyer's registration for the Sandras Ultra Trail event (Beyağaç/Denizli) via sandrasultra.org and the provision of the related service.

Legal Basis: This contract is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

💳 Fee, Payment and Invoicing Article 4

💰 Fee Structure

Fees are announced inclusive of VAT; periodic (early/normal/late) prices apply

💻 Payment Method

Payments are collected through licensed payment institutions (3D Secure); card data is not stored by us

🧾 Invoicing

Confirmation via email after successful transaction and e-archive/e-invoice processes are informed

🔁 Cancellation, Refund and Changes Article 5

The refund schedule and deductions are included in the Cancellation–Refund–Change Policy page. The organization reserves the right to change the date/course or cancel in case of force majeure, security, local administrative decisions and natural disasters.

🧩 Withdrawal Right Exception Article 6

In accordance with Article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services for the use of leisure time on a specific date (race/event).

Note: Participant change/course change conditions are separately regulated on the relevant policy page.

🌦️ Performance, Force Majeure and Security Article 7

🛡️ Security Rules

The event is conducted based on the decisions of the security committee and local authorities

🌪️ Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, administrative bans, etc.), the organization may make date/course adaptations

⚖️ Dispute and Competent Court Article 8

Reconciliation is essential in disputes primarily. The consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees/Consumer Courts if desired. Additionally, without prejudice to the general jurisdiction rule, Ankara Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
